We refer to the announcements dated 25 May 2017, 26 May 2017, 9 June 2017 and 13 September 2017 in relation to the Bonus Issue and the circular to shareholders dated 31 May 2017. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the circular to shareholders dated 31 May 2017 shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that 51,622,840 Bonus Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 29 September 2017.
